Job Title: Account Health Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Health Support Specialist to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. As a key member of our Account Health Support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Selling Partners, ensuring their success on the Amazon platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Selling Partners via phone and email to resolve any issues related to account health.
  • Investigate and resolve complex account health-related issues, providing solutions to our Selling Partners.
  • Identify and clarify information, researching every issue to provide accurate solutions.
  • Exemplify Amazon's Leadership Principles, consistently displaying empathy and passion for our customers.
  • Build sustainable relationships with our Selling Partners, engaging them with a customer-centric approach.
  • Document all Seller interactions and information according to standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and teams to ensure seamless support.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese.
  • Intermediate competency with Windows, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Prior contact center experience is highly desirable.
