Account Health Support Specialist with Italian Language Expertise

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Account Health Support Specialist with a strong background in Italian language and culture to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. As an Account Health Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Amazon sellers, ensuring their compliance with Amazon policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Amazon sellers in resolving account health-related issues via phone and email
- Investigate and resolve complex issues related to account health, product policies, and operational processes
- Communicate effectively with sellers in Italian, providing clear and concise solutions to their problems
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes
- Meet productivity and quality performance goals, while maintaining a strong customer focus
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Proficiency in Italian language (C1 level) and English
- Intermediate competency with Windows, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
