Account Specialist with Italian Language Expertise

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Account Specialist with Italian language expertise to join our Advertiser Success Team (AST). As an Account Specialist, you will work with a portfolio of advertiser accounts and be responsible for helping them meet their advertising goals via opportunity identification, account optimization, and creating new sponsored ads campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize end-to-end ad campaign performance that fulfills advertiser goals
  • Monitor and communicate campaign progress through regular, in-depth activity reports and data insights
  • Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to solve issues blocking advertiser performance and improve advertiser experience
  • Provide education to Advertisers on Amazon Advertising products via 1:1 programs and online trainings
  • Provide Onboarding support along with setting up campaigns for new and existing Advertisers

About the Team:

AST supports Amazon's worldwide advertisers in meeting their advertising goals by providing strategic support across all advertiser life cycles. We have three functions: Onboarding, Pre-EAS, and Managed Optimization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree and/or 6 months related work experience
  • B2+ fluency in English and Italian (in respect to writing, reading, speaking and communication)
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Access, Excel, Power Point and Word)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ years experience in the online advertising, sales, marketing, and/or e-commerce space
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Digital Advertising, Marketing, Business or related field
  • Experience within EU Student Programs Teams or business internships
