Account Health Support Specialist with Swedish Language Expertise

About the Role:
As an Account Health Support Specialist with Amazon Spain Services, S.L.U., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our Selling Partners by providing exceptional customer support and resolving account-related issues. This is an exciting opportunity to join our diverse and multicultural team in Barcelona, Spain, and contribute to the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Amazon's Selling Partners in resolving account-related issues via phone and email channels.
- Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls and emails, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer queries.
- Investigate root causes of account health-related issues and provide viable solutions to our Selling Partners.
- Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Exemplify Amazon's Leadership Principles, including Customer Obsession, by consistently displaying empathy and passion for our customers.
- Build sustainable relationships with our Selling Partners by going the extra mile to ensure their success.
- Document all customer interactions and information according to standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and teams to resolve complex customer issues.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience providing support and service to customers.
- Proficiency in three languages, including English, Swedish, and any other language supported by AHS.
- Intermediate competency with Windows, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Ability to use online communication and collaboration tools with ease.
