Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with active clients to ensure seamless LSA account setup and management.
  • Provide exceptional support, including answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and offering guidance on best practices to optimize client profiles.
  • Identify and resolve any account-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to client operations.
  • Communicate changes in the product to clients, promoting high adoption rates and ensuring a smooth transition to new features.

Requirements for this role include:

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong understanding of Local Services Ads and their applications.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience in CRM systems such as Salesforce.
  • Minimum tenure of 9 months in a similar role, with at least 2 of the last 3 quarters meeting target.
  • Full professional proficiency or native level of French, and fluency in English.
