Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled LSA Account Manager with French proficiency to join our team. As an LSA Account Manager, you will be responsible for reaching out to active clients, setting up their LSA accounts, and providing ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reaching out to active clients to set up their LSA accounts
  • Providing ongoing support, including answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and providing guidance on best practices
  • Identifying and resolving any issues that may arise with accounts
  • Optimizing profiles based on last guidelines
  • Communicating changes in the product to achieve high adoption among the portfolio

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or practical experience
  • Strong understanding of Local Services Ads
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Experience with Salesforce and other CRM systems
  • At least 2 of the last 3 quarters on target
  • Minimum tenure of 9 months in your current role
  • Full professional proficiency or native level of French, and fluency in English
