Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an LSA Account Manager with French language expertise. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing LSA accounts, providing ongoing support, and identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage LSA accounts for active clients, ensuring seamless customer experience.
  • Provide expert support, including answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and offering guidance on best practices.
  • Identify and resolve any issues that may arise with accounts, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Optimize profiles based on the latest guidelines, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Communicate changes in the product to achieve high adoption among the portfolio, driving business growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong understanding of Local Services Ads and their applications.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience in Salesforce and other CRM systems.
  • At least 2 of the last 3 quarters on target, with a minimum tenure of 9 months in your current role.
  • Full professional proficiency or native level of French, and fluency in English.
