VP, Sales Leader

GTT Communications, Inc. is seeking an experienced Vice President to lead our Carrier and Partner business. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving targeted contract value through strategic planning and execution.
About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned professional with 5+ years of indirect leadership experience and 10+ years in the connectivity industry. You will be responsible for developing and executing revenue growth plans aligned with company goals, assigning individual goals, and monitoring progress. Your ability to adjust to change and work in a fast-paced environment is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute revenue growth plans for Carrier and Partner business
- Assign individual goals and objectives, defining performance metrics and conducting sales tracking
- Identify and nurture talent to enhance GTT's business
- Build C-Level relationships with key partners
- Develop and maintain quarterly business reviews process
Requirements
- 5+ years of indirect leadership experience
- 10+ years of experience in the connectivity industry
- Ability to adjust to change and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Benefits
