Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive to join our team at Barceló Sants. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for managing reservations, ensuring availability and allocation of rooms, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage group reservations, coordinating with sales managers and other teams as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of cancellations, rebookings, and payments.
- Ensure timely communication with guests and internal stakeholders regarding room availability and pricing.
- Degree in Hospitality or Tourism.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or reservation management.
- Fluent English, with a second language desirable.
- Proficient in MS Office and PMS Quotel systems.
- A competitive salary: €40,000 per year (negotiable based on experience).
