Customer Support Expert

Pix4D is a leading provider of photogrammetry and computer vision technology. We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Expert to join our team in Madrid, Spain.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to customers and partners, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our products and solutions.
We offer a competitive salary of €35,000 - €45,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits such as flexible working hours, remote work options, private health insurance, and access to a mental, legal, and financial assistance program.
Key Responsibilities:
• Master Pix4D's products and solutions, staying up-to-date on improvements and updates.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing technical assistance services mainly using our ticketing system or in-person interactions.
• Assist customers by answering their questions with accurate information on a wide range of topics, including products or services, pricing, and features.
• Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for customers, diagnosing and resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to product teams.
Requirements:
• Proven knowledge in the field of Geodesy, Photogrammetry, Geomatics, or similar.
• Proficiency with technology and software applications, being comfortable using software tools and online learning platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effectively interacting with customers, handling technical support tickets, and communicating clearly, concisely, and professionally across various communication channels.
• Strong empathy and patience for effectively addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and issues, being able to listen attentively, empathize with customers' perspectives, and remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
• Strong problem-solving skills for diagnosing customer issues, troubleshooting technical problems, and finding solutions to complex challenges.
