We're looking for a talented Customer Experience Expert to join our team in Madrid, Spain.
About the Job:
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of approximately €28,000 per year and is ideal for individuals who excel in providing top-notch customer support. As a key member of our 24/7 support team, you'll be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues related to point-of-sale system integrations and delivering seamless customer experiences.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Prioritize and organize your workload efficiently using advanced project management tools to ensure timely resolution of customer support tickets.Engage in customer callback for ticket resolution queries, ensuring thorough follow-ups and strengthening customer trust and satisfaction.Foster a transparent and collaborative work environment through regular updates and clear communication with team members and stakeholders across Deliverect.Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.Proactively identify and address potential challenges, maintaining agility and foresight in daily operations.Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need at least 2 years of experience in technical support or customer service in the tech or SaaS industry. You should possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong analytical and collaborative abilities.
