We are seeking a highly motivated Environmental Sustainability Professional to join our Customer Success team at Dcycle. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in helping our customers achieve their environmental sustainability goals. Your primary responsibility will be to provide expert guidance and support to our customers throughout their ESG journey.
Responsibilities- Customer Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
- ESG Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest ESG trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to support customers in achieving their sustainability goals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration with customers.
- Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in ESG and customer success.
The estimated annual salary for this role is $85,000 - $105,000, based on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including 22 vacation days, 'bad day' off, and up to 7 days for team-building, as well as a hybrid work model with 2 days of remote work per week.
