**Job Overview**
We are seeking a smart, hard-working, and go-getting individual to join the ESG Customer and Business Development team. The expert will play a key role in driving internal projects that focus on customer experience satisfaction and ESG matters.
**Key Responsibilities:**
The expert will manage projects related to customer experience satisfaction processes across Telefonica's international footprint. This includes monitoring, consolidating, and supervising customer experience satisfaction processes in Europe and Latin America. Additionally, the expert will evolve quality models and processes to improve satisfaction and identify gaps and areas for improvement. Other responsibilities include providing customer experience measurement methodological support, updating the Manual of Quality Indicators, and following up on customer experience improvement plans.
**Qualifications:**
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, or Social Sciences. Customer Experience specific qualifications, MBA, or a Master in Sustainability would be highly valued. Fluency in English is required (C1). Desirable: Portuguese and/or German.
**Requirements:**
3+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects and/or analytical roles. Customer experience and/or market research background. Previous experience in Management Systems and ISO standards. Understanding of the Telecommunication sector and sustainability background would be valuable. Knowledge of the regulatory environment (EU-level initiatives on sustainability matters; reporting obligations, etc.) would be recognized.
**Compensation:**
An estimated salary for this position is approximately $85,000 per year, based on industry standards and the location. Please note that this figure is an estimate and may vary depending on various factors.
