This is a full-time, permanent position based in Madrid, Spain, offering an estimated annual salary of €40,000-€55,000. Your role will involve working closely with internal and external teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences, collaborating with other departments to enhance collective success, and participating in cross-functional meetings to drive innovation within Deliverect.
You'll need to possess at least 2 years of experience in technical support or customer service in the tech or SaaS industry, exceptional verbal and written communication skills, a typing speed of 50-70 words per minute, and strong collaborative and analytical skills.
