About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for providing world-class customer support to clients from diverse backgrounds. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Contract Administration: You will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring seamless communication, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Client Communication: You will be the primary point of contact for designated client relationships, responding to queries, and providing proactive solutions.
  • Documentation: You will maintain accurate records of all interactions, adhering to internal procedures and guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • C1 Level English: You must possess advanced knowledge of English, with the ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
  • CRM System Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is highly desirable.
  • Bilingual Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of one or more languages, such as Italian, German, Dutch, or French, is a plus.
