About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Norwegian Customer Support Expert to join our team at Wibit Consulting & Services (Wibitcs) in Qormi, Malta. The successful candidate will work with a leading Online Casino Gaming Company, providing exceptional customer support to their clients.
Salary and Benefits
The base salary for this position is approximately €30,000 - €40,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you can expect benefits such as:

Responsibilities and Requirements
As a Norwegian Customer Support Expert, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via email on all topics related to the online marketplace, maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers
- Evaluating and making decisions in accordance with defined policies and guidelines
- Maintaining flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment
- Ensuring high-quality communication procedures and policies
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Native/fluent Norwegian both verbal and written
- Good command in English
- Flexibility and ability to make quick decisions
- Conscientiousness and reliability – commitment is one of our core values
- Eagle-eyed attention to detail
- Sympathy for people – you will be working with securing online safety for customers and users
- Previous experience in content moderation, customer care, and/or online business is a plus
