Business Development Manager - Spain

Fender Musical Instruments Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the Spanish market.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve budgeted sales targets for the allocated sales area.
  • Establish and maintain positive working relationships with customers and potential new clients.
  • Responsible for all visual merchandising and product representation in-store and online to comply with company requirements and regulations.
  • Assist in the development of product knowledge and training for retail account staff on Company brands using Academy and in-store visits.
  • Maintain control of dealers' stock and open orders, ensuring correct stock levels are maintained, new products are presented, and exit strategies for discontinued products are implemented.
  • Monitor and assist dealer accounts on promotions and rebate schemes, ensuring terms and conditions are adhered to.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience within a sales environment.
  • Knowledge of the Musical Instrument Industry.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and be self-motivated.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to prioritize work and adapt to changing priorities.
