About the Role:

As a Revenue Growth Specialist at SiteMinder, you will be a key member of our Revenue Growth team. Your primary responsibility will be to sell our add-on products, including Demand Plus and Pay, to existing customers.

About Demand Plus:
Demand Plus is an innovative feature of our Booking Engine that helps drive bookings by making hotels visible on high-performing travel sites such as Google Hotel Ads, Trivago, and TripAdvisor.

About SiteMinder Pay:
SiteMinder Pay is our official payment gateway for the SiteMinder platform. As a Revenue Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for building awareness of these products among hoteliers and demonstrating their value proposition.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. Reach out to existing customers to find and create upgrade opportunities.
  2. Showcase our Demand Plus and Pay solutions to hotels and increase revenue.
  3. Manage the full sales pipeline, from introducing and demonstrating the value and usability of these products to activation and providing guidance on how to get started.
  4. Bring market intelligence back into the organization, sharing competitive threats and ideas for overcoming recurring objections and talking to customers at risk.

What We're Looking For:
  • Minimum 1 year of full-cycle sales experience in the tech or hotel/hospitality industry.
  • Fluent in German (minimum C2 level).
  • Full working proficiency in English.
  • Proactive and able to manage a sales pipeline, maintain activity necessary to generate new sales, and work towards individual targets.
