Revenue Growth Specialist

The Revenue Growth Consultant will be a key member of the Revenue Growth team at SiteMinder. As a sales professional, you will be responsible for selling our add-on products, including Demand Plus and Pay, to existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to existing customers to identify upgrade opportunities and showcase the value of Demand Plus and Pay.
- Manage the full sales pipeline, from introducing and demonstrating the products to activation and providing guidance on how to get started.
- Bring market intelligence back into the organization, sharing competitive threats and ideas for overcoming recurring objections.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of full-cycle sales experience in the tech or hotel/hospitality industry.
- Fluent in German (minimum C2 level) and full working proficiency in English.
- Proactive and able to manage a sales pipeline, maintain activity necessary to generate new sales, and work towards individual targets.
