Our platform supports 44,500 hotels in 150 countries, processing over 100 million reservations annually. As a Customer Success Specialist at SiteMinder, you'll be a trusted advisor to our customers, helping them achieve their goals and maximise their revenue.
You will:
• Be a key point of contact for customers, providing guidance on how to get the most out of our products
• Develop deep product knowledge and demonstrate its benefits to customers
• Meet KPIs related to revenue expansion and customer adoption scores
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- A genuine passion for sales, customer success, and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Excellent communication skills in English and French, with the ability to effectively connect with customers from diverse backgrounds
- A fast-paced, results-oriented environment where you thrive on exceeding expectations
- Experience working in a customer-facing role, ideally within the hotel industry or SAAS business, particularly in customer success, sales, and revenue expansion
- High level of French & English proficiency

Salary Estimate: €45,000 - €60,000 per annum (based on Barcelona city averages), depending on experience.
