About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Revenue Growth Consultant to join our team at SiteMinder. As a key member of our Revenue Growth team, you'll be responsible for selling our add-on products, including Demand Plus and Pay, to existing customers.

Your primary goal will be to increase revenue by introducing and demonstrating the value of these products to hoteliers. You'll manage the full sales pipeline, from initial contact to activation and ongoing support.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a confident communicator with excellent phone and writing skills. You'll also need to be proactive, able to manage a sales pipeline and work towards individual targets.

We're looking for someone with a minimum of 1 year of full-cycle sales experience in the tech or hotel/hospitality industry. Fluency in German (minimum C2 level) and full working proficiency in English are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to existing customers to identify upgrade opportunities and showcase the benefits of Demand Plus and Pay.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, from initial contact to activation and ongoing support.
  • Bring market intelligence back into the organization, sharing competitive threats and ideas for overcoming recurring objections.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Demand Plus and Pay, advocating for their value proposition and ROI.
