Job Title: Customer Service Quality Assurance Specialist - MSX International
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at MSX International. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customer service operations meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain and improve the quality of customer service interactions by monitoring and evaluating agent performance against established quality standards.
- Analyze individual and team performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing actionable feedback and recommendations to agents and team leaders.
- Ensure compliance with internal guidelines, legal requirements, and industry standards by conducting regular audits and quality checks.
- Collaborate with team leaders and other QA team members to share insights and develop strategies that enhance overall service quality.
- Identify and escalate recurring issues or areas of concern to the Project Manager for resolution.
Requirements:
- Native/bilingual German language and advanced knowledge of English (minimum level B2).
- In-depth understanding of quality assurance processes and methodologies, particularly in a customer service environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to provide clear, constructive feedback and collaborate with agents and team leaders.
- Analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, interpret data, and provide insights that contribute to improved performance.
- Experience in coaching and developing agents to enhance their skills.
