Role Overview
As a Sales Team Lead in our vibrant Spanish team, you'll report to the Sales Director and perform a multi-faceted leadership role. You'll be responsible for managing a strong sales force of 5 sales professionals, developing and executing a strong outbound sales strategy, managing the entire sales cycle from pipeline management to deal closure, and elevating team performance through effective coaching and process optimisation. You'll impact our mission by managing an outbound sales team, participating in the recruitment and retention of talented sales professionals, and conducting regular 1:1 meetings to provide continuous feedback.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage an outbound sales team, working in alignment with company objectives and with the mission of meeting their targets.
• Actively participate in the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of talented sales professionals with proven SaaS outbound sales experience.
• Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with each team member, providing continuous feedback to help improve performance.
• Review key performance indicators in a clear manner that allows for performance evaluation and improvement of strategies.
• Ensure smooth and effective sales processes and CRM management.
• Adopt our growth mindset, looking for new opportunities to improve outbound sales techniques.

Requirements
• 3+ years of outbound sales leadership experience in high growth SaaS / Marketplace with SMB market focus.
• Demonstrated experience to successfully scale an outbound sales team in numbers and performance.
• Inspirational leadership qualities with the ability to drive behaviour and instil a passionate approach to sales targets within the team.
• Highly motivated and results-focused, with a good eye for detail.
• Honesty, respect and integrity in all interactions.
