Senior Client Development Manager, Digital Advertising Solutions

The Agency Development Managers (ADM) are single-threaded owners responsible for relationships with our largest agency customers. They own the Amazon Advertising/Agency Holding Company relationship at the most senior level.
Key responsibilities include building and managing detailed engagement strategies, creating and executing cross-team project plans, developing commercial structures, leading education and enablement of key agency functions, and building and executing business plans with key agency stakeholders.
Salary: The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000-$180,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
About the Role
This role requires excellent communication skills, experience operating at all levels of matrixed organizations, strategic thinking, and the ability to earn trust from partners across Amazon and agency clients. Candidates must be able to make data-driven decisions, set and achieve aggressive goals, and prioritize delivering outstanding experiences to Amazon Advertising's media agency customers.
