Ogury, a pioneering adtech company, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join its Madrid office. As a key player in the digital advertising landscape, our company delivers innovative Personified Advertising solutions that empower brands and agencies to reach their target audiences effectively.

We are looking for a seasoned sales professional with a deep understanding of the Digital industry, particularly mobile advertising. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, as well as a strong ability to build relationships and identify new business opportunities.

As a Sales Manager at Ogury, you will be responsible for actively networking and setting appointments with local business owners to discuss their needs and provide comprehensive digital advertising solutions. You will work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities, cold call potential clients, and manage your territory through targeted marketing strategies.

The successful candidate will possess excellent consultative sales skills, a strong knowledge of the latest trends in digital advertising, and a proactive approach to driving sales growth. They will also be an effective communicator, able to articulate the value of Ogury's services to potential clients and build strong partnerships.

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of $60,000 per annum, flexible working hours, and a comprehensive benefits package, including access to physical and mental health and wellbeing benefits, medical cover plan, and holiday allowance. About this position:

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize consultative sales skills to assess client needs and educate on the power of Ogury services
  • Work directly in the field to research and cultivate leads to build a strong pipeline of growth
  • Manage territory through marketing strategies to engage local businesses
  • Manage and continually update Salesforce with all appointments, pitches, and pending dollars
Essential Collaboration
  • Each month, meet and exceed sales goals using a range of methods, including networking, exploring existing relationships, engaging decision makers, and cold calling
Requirements
  • A comprehensive background in sales, with a deep understanding of sales skills and tactics, including relationship development and management
  • Strong knowledge and experience within the Digital industry, preferably with experience working within Mobile
  • Demonstrated collaborator and team player
  • Proactive approach in day-to-day activities, thinking ahead to provide solutions and value
  • Strong networking skills and a desire to be actively engaged in the digital market
