Job Description:
In this exciting role as a Customer Service Ambassador, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to clients across the globe. You'll work with a dynamic team to resolve customer issues, answer queries, and provide accurate information using our state-of-the-art tools and processes.
Your Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct research to provide accurate answers and resolutions to customer issues.
- Be the first point of contact for our partners, resolving basic questions and queries related to modifications, rates, and availability.
- Provide excellent partner service and a positive experience.
What We Offer:
You'll enjoy a competitive salary range of $25,000 - $35,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications. Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be fluent in Romanian and English, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least 6 months of customer service experience. You should be computer savvy, able to recognize and apply product knowledge, and reside in or be able to relocate to Athens, Greece.
