Your Role as Sales Agent
As a key member of our Sales department, you will provide exceptional service to our clients and members, offering personalized recommendations and reviews of our exclusive experiences. Your responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries, identifying their needs, and making tailored suggestions. To excel in this role, you must possess a strong understanding of our products and packages, applying best practices to deliver high-end results. You will be expected to maintain operation integrity by adhering to our policies and procedures, while also achieving individual goals and contributing to company targets.

Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you should have previous sales experience with a proven track record of success. Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are essential. Additionally, you must be highly motivated, flexible, and able to adapt to changing schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Fluency in English is mandatory, with a preference for native German speakers. A degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, or a relevant field is desirable, along with experience in contact centers within the Travel industry and proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce or Amadeus.
