About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Commercial Airline Account Manager to join our team at Exoticca, a dynamic and rapidly growing travel company. The successful candidate will be responsible for negotiating and establishing long-term relationships with airlines worldwide.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our internal stakeholders to facilitate automation, accuracy, and productivity. You will also be responsible for implementing new solutions, resolving contractual and commercial problems, and conducting risk assessments and seeking opportunities in all markets.

The ideal candidate will have solid airline & distribution commercial and industry awareness, with 4-5 years of experience in a similar role. Previous experience with airline products and services is a must, and experience from an airline revenue management or network planning department is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate and establish long-term relationships with airlines worldwide.
  • Implement new solutions and resolve contractual and commercial problems.
  • Conduct risk assessments and seek opportunities in all markets.
  • Perform competitive airline market and industry analysis.
