Company Overview: Based in Barcelona, our company is a dynamic and growing organization focused on the beauty industry. We offer an exciting range of products, including invisibobble, NEQI, Foamie, and Wild Stripes.
Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job Description: As a Global Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing distributors and key retail customers across the Middle East and Asia Pacific regions. Your tasks will include ensuring go-to-market strategies are executed for new brand launches, creating trusted relationships with partners, and managing seasonal and sales promotional cadences. You will also conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasting projections based on history, sell-through, seasonal lift, and upcoming promotions.
Required Skills and Qualifications: At least 3+ years of professional experience in sales, proficient level of English, and good knowledge of the Asia Pacific and Middle East retail landscape. You should be highly organized, have a strong attention to detail, and possess analytical skills and solution-oriented thinking.
