**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly organized Business Development Manager to play a key role in expanding our services across Amazon. The ideal candidate will excel in communication/presentation and be able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Create, manage, and own a portfolio of prospective Amazon Internal customers.
  • Design onboarding projects that incorporate up to 16 technical and operational teams and successfully integrate Amazon internal customers into the Translation Services workflow.
  • Manage client onboarding end-to-end, working closely with language specialists, internal business partners, external vendors, and other departments.
  • Identify, communicate, and proactively mitigate project risks.

**A Day in the Life**

Maintain your customer pipeline regarding existing and prospective clients. Update our CMS and our project tracking tools. Prepare presentations and pitch new Amazon teams on the benefits of onboarding to Translation Services. Liaise with Translation Services and Translation Services Operations teams to ensure a steady flow of new clients onboarding to our managed services.
