About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our global sales operations team as a Sales Operations Manager - Commercial Strategy. As a process-driven professional, you'll drive the effectiveness and efficiency of our sales teams through close collaboration with various functions to review, improve, and implement our sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the sales process component of the Sales Blueprint: Review the sales cycle and process, establish what can be improved, and work closely with key stakeholders to enable changes in our sales process.
- Streamline the sales process: Proactively propose new processes, prioritize automation, and share best practices.
- Flag problem areas and recommend next steps: Ensure sales teams can be more efficient.
- Analyse data and use key metrics: Measure effectiveness and uncover areas for improvement of the sales process.
- Drive adoption and compliance: Implement a regular and ongoing cycle of updating the blueprint sales process.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in sales operations and process improvement in a B2B organization and/or travel industry.
- Robust understanding of Salesforce.com and how it can enable and add value to the sales cycle.
- Ability to think like a salesperson and understand the B2B sales process.
- Strong ability to simplify complex operations and data.
- Knowledge of how to develop project plans and identify resources required to support a project.
