About the Role: As a seasoned Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new customers and managing existing relationships in the Spanish market. This opportunity is ideal for sales professionals seeking to expand their expertise in IDaaS solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Acquisition: Attract new customers and expand our presence in the market through effective sales strategies.
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts to identify business opportunities and maximize value.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and expectations are met.
- Negotiation: Participate in commercial negotiations to close effective sales and provide ongoing support.
- Campaigns and Events: Collaborate with marketing to design new campaigns and attend events to promote our services.
- Performance Review: Regularly review progress against metrics and share results with key stakeholders using Salesforce as the primary business tool.
- Support: Assist in preparing offers and coordinate presentations and negotiations with Division Directors.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on progress and results obtained to the Country Manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as an Account Manager in the financial industry, preferably in software solutions.
- Knowledge of KYC and CDD processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in the digital identity industry.
- Existing client portfolio.
- Expertise in Fintech, Mobility, and Financial Services verticals.
