Business Development Manager for Iberia Mobile Market

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our Motorola team in Iberia. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expansion in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships
- Partner with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue new revenue streams
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at top-tier accounts
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to inform business strategy
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the technology hardware industry
- Strong understanding of channel management or channel-based sales models
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively, bringing together the right resources at the right time
- Strong influencer and confident presenter, with excellent networking skills and ability to communicate across complex matrix organisations
- Good analytical approach, with ability to quickly draw conclusions from company data or market research
- Fluency in English and Spanish
