Customer Service Ambassador for French-Speaking Clients

Teleperformance, a leading global provider of contact center services, seeks an experienced Customer Service Ambassador to join its team in Barcelona. The ideal candidate will possess a native level of French fluency, excellent written and verbal English skills, and at least two years of experience in customer service. The ability to work efficiently, meet agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and maintain a high level of professionalism is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional frontline service to clients, routing calls to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Ensure a friendly and efficient service in answering customer queries, maintaining a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Meet or exceed KPIs while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Native level of French language proficiency.
- Fluent spoken and written English skills.
- At least two years of experience in customer service, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent customer focus, ability to work under pressure, and strong time management skills.
