David Kennedy Recruitment is partnering with a leading outsourcing company to find a skilled French speaking customer service expert for their office in Barcelona, Spain. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a customer service representative. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional support.

About the Role
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or automated alerts, resolving issues efficiently
  • Record call details accurately and maintain up-to-date knowledge of services and products
  • Escalate potential service issues to senior team members when necessary
  • Collaborate with the team on specific projects and contribute to regular team meetings
Requirements
  • Native or fluent in French, both written and spoken
  • Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level)
  • At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in technical support
  • Advanced IT knowledge in signal path connectivity, wireless networking, music, and audiovisual products
  • Excellent customer care skills and ability to work independently
