**Job Summary:**

This role is an exciting opportunity for a native-level French speaker to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer support team, you will provide exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met with a friendly and efficient attitude.

**Responsibilities:

* Provide frontline service to customers and route their calls to the appropriate department*

* Answer customer queries in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring agreed KPIs are met*

* Develop and maintain a working knowledge of our products*

**Requirements:*

* Native level of French*

* Ability to speak and write English fluently*

* Minimum of 2 years customer services experience, preferably in a similar industry*

* Excellent customer focus and ability to work to tight deadlines*

* IT literate - Previous Salesforce knowledge an advantage*

* Excellent time management & telephone etiquette*

* Highly professional written and verbal communication skills*

* Proactive, able to work with minimal supervision*

**Benefits:**

* Part-time 22.5h/week (13.30h to 18.00h) positions available, from Monday to Friday*

* 1 week of initial training*

* Part-time salary €10,650.97 gross/year*
