Customer Service Ambassador for Dutch Speaking Markets

We are seeking a highly skilled Dutch speaking Customer Service Ambassador to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company and be part of a dynamic and creative team.

Salary and BenefitsThe successful candidate can expect a competitive salary ranging from €25,000 to €35,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, and performance. Additionally, they will receive a higher salary from the 7th month, as well as 23 working days of paid annual leave, a positive and friendly working atmosphere, and guidance and tools to reach their full potential.
Job DescriptionThe primary responsibility of this role is to handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or automated alerts, and address user needs efficiently. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Recording call details in the call management system, ensuring timely responses and resolutions within the agreed SLA.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of services and products, particularly those tailored to individual customer applications.
- Escalating any potential service issues to the senior team members, as needed.
- Adhering to all project processes and procedures.
- Ensuring compliance with the contractual SLA.
To be successful in this role, the candidate must possess the following qualifications:
- Native / fluent in Dutch (both verbal and written).
- Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
- A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
- Familiarity with or experience driving electric vehicles is preferred.
- Competency in IT platforms, equipment, and applications, including Windows, MS Office, and internet configuration, is necessary.
