Customer Service Ambassador for Lynk

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Ambassador to join our team at Lynk & Co. As a native speaker in Dutch and/or German, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via various communication channels. Your main superpower is guiding customers through their Lynk & Co journey, acting as second-line support for our first-line Sales Advisors, and managing specialized and administrative back-end tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Act as second-line support for our first-line Sales Advisors, guiding customers through their Lynk & Co journey.
- Manage several specialized and administrative back-end tasks related to order management, insurance, payment process, claim management, GDPR, etc.
- Act as a liaison between several internal and external stakeholders.
- Engage in problem-solving and process improvement.
Requirements:
- You are a (near-)native speaker in Dutch and/or German.
- A very good command of the English language.
- At least 6 months of experience working as a customer service agent or similar job.
- A GREAT service (and sales) mindset.
- A secondary-level education or higher.
- Good computer skills.
Benefits:
- Salary between 26.000 euros and 27.000 euros (gross / year).
- Contract: 9 months with Randstad (in contracts of three months) + Permanent contract with LYNK&CO.
- Possibility of hybrid work (after the first 3 months).
- Offices located next to Glòries (in Barcelona).
Working Hours: Our customers are supported from Monday to Friday 8:15h to 17:15h in 8-hour shifts.
