Customer Service Advisor

Role Overview
The ideal candidate will possess a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring customers receive the highest level of support and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide second-line support to Sales Advisors, guiding customers through their Lynk & Co journey
- Manage specialized back-end tasks related to order management, insurance, payment processing, claim management, and GDPR compliance
- Act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration
- Engage in problem-solving and process improvement initiatives to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service or a similar role
- Strong service mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer experiences
- Secondary-level education or higher
- Proficient computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Native-level Dutch speaker, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global context
- Availability to work a standard schedule, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with 8-hour shifts

Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: €26,000 - €27,000 gross per year
