Job DetailsThis full-time position offers a competitive salary of 20,555.97€ gross/year. The role involves working from Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00, in a hybrid working model. Employees can expect relocation support, including one week of initial training, and ongoing coaching for personal and professional development.
Responsibilities- Provide frontline service to customers and direct calls to the appropriate department
- Answer customer queries efficiently and effectively
- Maintain high standards of customer focus and quality
To excel in this role, you will need a native level of Dutch, fluency in English, and at least two years of customer service experience. Proactive individuals with excellent communication skills and time management abilities are ideal candidates.
