At David Kennedy Recruitment, we are working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company to find the right candidate for their Customer Support Representative role in Barcelona.

Job Description

As a key member of our client's team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or automated alerts. You will need to address user needs efficiently and ensure timely responses and resolutions within agreed SLA parameters.

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries and address user needs efficiently.
  • Record call details in the call management system, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of services and products, particularly those tailored to individual customer applications.
  • Escalate any potential service issues to senior team members as needed.

You will be expected to adhere to all project processes and procedures, ensure compliance with contractual SLA, and provide coverage for other agents in their absence. Additionally, you will collaborate with the team on specific projects when requested and fulfill administrative responsibilities such as managing holiday, sickness, and overtime records.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must be native/fluent in Dutch both verbally and written, have proficiency in English (minimum B2 level), and a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience. Experience in the automotive industry is a plus, and familiarity with or experience driving electric vehicles is preferred.

Strong aptitude for working in a customer service environment, excellent customer care skills, and the ability to listen to and understand customer needs are essential. You should also be capable of taking ownership of calls and progressing them to resolution or escalating them when needed.

This exciting opportunity comes with an excellent remuneration package based on experience, skills, and performance. The salary for this position is around €28,000 per annum, with higher salary from the 7th month.
