">Your Mission

Requirements
">To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Fluency in English (written and spoken).">
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service, going the extra mile to resolve issues and exceed expectations.">
- Meticulous attention to detail, strong time management, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.">
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.">
- A collaborative approach, working effectively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.">
- A proactive mindset, identifying and resolving issues efficiently.">
Your Benefits Package
">We offer a competitive salary of £24,500.00 per annum, plus additional benefits:

- A permanent contract with a 6-month probation period.">
- 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Sunday, rotating shifts between 8 am & 6 pm with rotational weekends (lieu days given).">
- Paid Bank Holidays + 1 Extra Day in Lieu.">
- A hybrid work model, with 2 days office per week.">
- Training: 2 weeks product training.">
- Office Location: Thame.">
