About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Dutch-speaking customer service representative to join our team at Recruitment Direct. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients in the banking sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist with inquiries related to banking services, accounts, transactions, and product offerings.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Dutch language proficiency: C1 level minimum.
  • English language proficiency: B1 level minimum.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer service experience is a plus but not required.

Work Conditions:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Relocation assistance available for those who want to work from our office in Athens. Remote work option available within Greece.

Benefits:

  • Salary: €1200 gross per month.
  • Performance bonus: up to 10%.
  • UP Hellas meal card or related benefit: €100 monthly.
  • Private medical insurance.

This role offers the flexibility to either relocate to Athens or work remotely while developing a career in the banking sector.
