Nordsbroad is looking for a Dutch Customer Service Representative to join our administrative customer service team in Barcelona. As a crucial link between our customers and the organization, you will communicate with customers by phone and email, resolving complex issues and ensuring accurate administrative handling.

Responsibilities:

  • Acting as a crucial link between the customer and the organization.
  • Communicating with customers by phone and email (inbound).
  • Working in a solution-oriented manner to resolve complex issues on behalf of the customer.
  • Ensuring accurate administrative handling and follow-up on incoming queries and requests.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Dutch, both spoken and written, and good knowledge of the English language.
  • At least a professional Bachelor's level of education.
  • Solution-oriented mindset.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Windows Office.
  • Customer service experience is a plus.
