Language Matters is seeking a skilled Dutch Speaking Customer Service Executive to join their team in central London. This is a permanent role offering a hybrid scheme with 2 or 3 days in the office. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Dutch and English, with previous experience in sales, client service, or customer support. Key responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, selling tickets, and translating website content. The successful candidate will be a customer-focused individual with great communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and sell tickets across the Dutch market
  • Ensure timely responses to enquiries via telephone, email, and chat
  • Maintain client/customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with other departments
  • Translate website content from English to Dutch
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Dutch and English to a native level
  • Previous experience in sales, client service, or customer support
  • Great eye for detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
  • Strong communication skills and team player
