About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and fluent Dutch-speaking customer service representative to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our Dutch-speaking customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat, ensuring their needs are met and their concerns are addressed.
  • Develop a good understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and valuable assistance to customers.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve our customer support practices and ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements
  • Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken)
