About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and fluent Dutch-speaking customer advisor to join our dynamic team in Barcelona. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our Dutch-speaking customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat.
  • Communicate effectively with customers in Dutch, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop a strong understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and valuable assistance to customers.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve our customer support practices.
Requirements
  • Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • No prior experience required, but a passion for customer service is essential.
