About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Dutch Speaking Customer Advisor to join our dynamic team in Barcelona. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our Dutch-speaking customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may encounter.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat, ensuring their needs are met and their concerns are addressed.
  • Develop a good understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and valuable assistance to customers.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve our customer support practices and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
Requirements
  • Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential for this role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are required to effectively engage with customers and resolve issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Previous customer service experience is an asset, but not required.
