Job Title: Dutch Speaking Customer Service Tech Support

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Customer Service Tech Support representative to join our team in Barcelona, focusing on the Dutch market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer inquiries via phone and email, documenting all interactions in the case management system.
  • Provide swift and accurate resolutions to customer issues, particularly those related to car electrical chargers.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems, guiding customers through troubleshooting steps.
  • Manage and close service requests, ensuring customer satisfaction and tracking progress of open cases.
  • Communicate proactively with customers, providing updates on their requests and ensuring they are informed throughout the process.
  • Oversee the progress of open cases, prioritizing as necessary, and escalating issues when required to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
Business Development Responsibilities:
  • Cold calling to schedule meetings with B2C customers, introducing them to our products and services.
  • Data entry to input meeting details and relevant information into the order system.
