At Cross Border Talents, we are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Customer Service Tech Support representative to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers, particularly those requiring assistance with car electrical chargers.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and resolve customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers, troubleshooting issues and ensuring compliance with our Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience and resolve complex issues.
- Participate in business development activities, including cold calling and data entry, to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Native-level Dutch proficiency and strong English skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of car electrical chargers.
